Junior Manufacturing Engineer (English/French Speaking)

JUNIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (ENGLISH/FRENCH SPEAKING)

For one of our clients, specialized in the MEDICAL DEVICES AREA BASED IN THE NEUCHATEL AREA we are looking for a Packaging Engineer.

This is a challenging, CONTRACTING POSITION, STARTING IN AUGUST OR AS SOON AS IT'S POSSIBLE FOR YOU UNTIL THE END OF JANUARY 2019 (extension possible).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze major indicators in partnership with production (OEE, scraps, ...) to identify, prioritize and manage improvement projects
- Set up and follow the corrective actions according to needs
- Manage changes according to validation procedures
- Establish project tracking reports with earnings calculation in collaboration with accounting

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- University degre in Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge of CNC production/machining environments
- Mastery of lean manufacturing tools, 6 sigmas
- Good mastery of investigative tools (hishikawa, 5 quest ...)
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in the Medical Device sector
- Knowledge tools 6 sigmas
- Asset Management Knowledge
- Knowledge tools Methods
- Knowledge technologies CNC machining (bar turning)
- Computer knowledge
- Environment/Safety/Hygiene
- Knowledge Project Management
- Experience in a medical devices field
- Fluent French spoken and written, good knowledge of English
