LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH, DUTCH is an asset
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- ITIL V3 FOUNDATION
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Advanced IT product knowledge and experience hardware/software
- Highly autonomous and IT skilled in IT management tools
- Very good skills in all of the MS Office applications
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Working in the ICT Back Office services with different teams
- Workstation configuration and maintenance
- User account administration and system administration
