- University degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or non-university degree with minimum 10 years of experience in IT;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the analysis of user requirements and in development using JEE;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with XML, SOA, WebServices, RDBMS (Oracle) and SQL;
- Hands on experience in development methodologies and tools such as RUP and UML;
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
