IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Work with HPSM ticket system (track, document, implement)
-Allocate and prepare hardware for deployment
-Deliver and install IT-infrastructure (new user, bulk requests)
-Reclaim hardware process
-Handling of the repair process
-Inventory management (stock rooms, DSMT)
-Request HW via ARIBA
-Act as a point of contact for HW pool customers and service providers
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-High school diploma, informatics education (SIZ etc.), MCP or similar
-MCSE certification is an advantage
-Technical experience in a desk side support position or similar
-Excellent technical skills concerning analysing and troubleshooting problems in a complex customer environment
-Knowledge of PC hardware and periphery, Windows Client Technology, desktop and productivity tools
-Working experience with at least one ticketing tool
-Strong communication abilities and customer focused behaviour
-Experience with ITIL (Foundation) is required
-Technical writing for documentation skills
-Very good English and German skills are a mandatory (written and verbal)
