The concept of the paperless bank is a key enabler for digitalization of all departments. IT Paperless assists various channels - EasyBanking, branches, credits, … - by inventing, constructing and supporting IT solutions that fight the paper mountain. Thanks to us, clients are able to upload different type of documents with character recognition, to digitally/legally archive documents with indexing, metadata & document lifecycle management or to put their digital signatures on the internet or mobile applications - with a biometric pen, eID, voice recognition or any number of other possibilities. Some figures: 1,6 billion of archived documents, new documents per day, a potential 13 million documents to dematerialize.

Function Description
The IT Paperless department is looking for a Junior IT Analyst for the Paperless domain (document management, workflow management, digital signatures, biometric pen, eID, voice recognition, upload, …).
You act as primary contact person for our (internal) customers
You listen to our (internal) customer to define functional needs
You formalize the functional needs in different documents (list of requirements, high-level application mapping, impact analysis, use case definition, screen prototypes, …)
You translate the requirements in a solution in close collaboration with the software architect and subject matter experts and you verify - with the (internal) customer - that the proposed solution is what the (internal) customer requires
You support the project leader during impact analysis, workload estimation and planning
You support the development team during the construction phase
You support the testing team during the execution of the acceptance/performance tests
You actively identify possible risks and issues (with their impact & mitigation)
You report to the project leader or asset manager
