My Client, a major technology partner worldwide, is looking for an Information System Security Consultant to join the team in Luxembourg on a contract basis.
Essentially the role will entail enhancing the design, implementation and review of the documentation for secure communications channels for European Union Registry stakeholders, EC contractors and EC personnel, using S/MIME, X509 digital certificates, file encryption software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing bug reports, assessing potential security issues and suggesting remediation for the EUCR/EUTL web application which uses WebLogic, Oracle, SOAP, Java.
Ideally you will have a solid history of Information System Security in a Governmental/Public Administration environment and/or banking/finance sector, a knowledge of ISS policies development, Asset Management, communication and operations security management and in particular operational security procedures, network, system and Middleware security. Any experience within a security authority (National, NATO or EU) would be very advantageous.
Due to the location of this contract role, you MUST be able to speak fluent FRENCH.
