IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Providing support for the Global Clinical Operations team
-Prepare and facilitate Request For Proposals (RFP) and proposal analyses
-Drive the development, negotiation, management and timely execution of External Service Providers (ESP) contracts
-Complete templates and review agreements for accuracy
-Organize demonstrations, bid defence and other meetings
-Ensure execution of final contracts according to internal approval procedures and chart of authorities
-Proactively follow-up outstanding or expiring contracts, Master Services Agreement and work orders

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in clinical contract management and clinical outsourcing within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company
-Strong understanding of contracts including initial and ongoing contract management
-General understanding of clinical trial cost drivers and costing models
-Good organizational skills, ability to take initiative and to work independently
-Experience in interacting effectively with internal and external customers
-Fluency in English - both verbal and written
