JUNIOR FIELD VALIDATION/TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERS - MADRID - CONTRACT
My client a leading mobile telecommunications organisation and they are in need of 3 JUNIOR/GRADUATE FIELD TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERS to join their growing team based in MADRID, SPAIN on an on-going contract basis, the work is likely to run on for 3 months plus.
The successful applicants will ideally have some previous experience in the telecommunications sector (this could be as an intern or 3 months+ full time experience) and ideally have some knowledge/experience with Field Validation, Radio Validation testing, Drive Testing or Inter-Operability Testing).
Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Performing tests to ensure the network is functioning correctly
*Completing test calls
*Checking HSDPA download access
*Checking for drop calls.
*Travel throughout Spain - possibility of international travel.
Education/Skills
*Candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science or mechanical engineering.
*Candidates are required to speak/read/write fluent English as well as Spanish.
*Experience with Tier 7 certification, WCDMA, GSM, HSDPA, fault logging, analysis and any experience with Qualcomm tools is highly desirable.
