Junior Digital Communications Assistant

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE?

- University degree or equivalent communications knowledge
- Excellent command of English
- Very comfortable with writing a wide range of content for various communication channels, including social media
- Communication skills (ability to adapt the message to the audience and explain in simple terms complex concepts)
- Interpersonal skills (ability to interactive productively with different profiles and managerial levels in the organisation)
- Sense of initiative
- Knowledge of web development tools such as Drupal or SharePoint
- Knowledge of French
- Understanding of digital trends
- 1 to 3 years of experience in writing covering researching, writing, gathering, organising, and editing information for publication on various online platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Create content for the different corporate online platforms, ranging from interviews, news articles, web pages, etc.
- Support the maintenance of the Agency's public websites.
- Support social media campaigns.
- Draft articles, run interviews on a wide range of Air Traffic Management Topics and other issues for external and internal use.
- Produce statistics to support the communication strategy, including analysing user requirements and user habits.

Production of content in support of the daily maintenance and management of the Agency's public digital assets, using tools such as Drupal and SharePoint, and in particular:

- The creation of original content targeted to the agency's different audiences,
- The creation and proof-reading of internal as well as external web pages,
- The implementation of agency branding rules, web rules (taxonomy),
- The creation of online newsletters,
- The interaction with agency experts for the validation of new pages and content
