Junior Developer - CRM - Warwickshire - West Midlands

Junior Developer required for our client based Warwickshire, West Midlands to work within an existing team to migrate services from Northgate Front Office to Firmstep AchieveService.

The developers main task will be working from the existing process specification and form design to replicate this functionality in Firmstep AchieveService. The CRM activities include emails, letters, JavaScript functions and look ups to external databases through simple SQL queries.

The developers will also create test plans for the Firmstep processes.

Responsibilities:

Understand the existing processes in the current CRM system (Northgate).

To develop processes in the new CRM system (Firmstep) and associated technologies.

To collect, collate and analyse all data relating to the potential migration of processes in accordance with the predetermined framework.

To develop test plans and evaluation criteria for new services to incorporate the customer and user perspective and to ensure the processes work to specification.

Undertake testing of processes

Support users undertaking UAT

Produce and update documentation

Process implementation

Undertake support duties as required

Experience required:

Knowledge of JavaScript, MS Office to a competent level

Ability to understand a process map

Ability to learn how to develop in Firmstep CRM quickly
