Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years related analytical and technical experience, health care experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional analytic, consultative, and critical thinking skills and attention to detail required
Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
Proficient in SQL programming skills (preferably Oracle), experience working with large data marts, and interfacing with SAS applications
Solid experience in SAS programming including macros and statistical procedures
Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of large databases
Microsoft Office skills required
Ability to multi-task and set priorities and work within a team
Strong problem solving ability
4-year degree in relevant field required and master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
