JUNIOR CONSULTANT FOR THE LOCAL FUND AGENTS (LFAS) COORDINATION TEAM - PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE

Are you a Junior Consultant with Public Health sector experience gained within a multinational and multicultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Consultant with Public health sector experience to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The analyst will provide support in providing risk oversight of key grant management portfolios by ensuring operationalization of risk management across the grant life cycle by Country Teams
and their successful further embedding into day-to-day grant management tools,
processes, and policies.

ORGANIZATIONstrong ability to handle multiple tasks and recognize priorities, working within tight deadlines.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT: Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative data; summarise data obtained from multiple sources. Proven ability to produce concise, analytical and comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.screening, processing, analysing and summarising of data as well as proposing relevant recommendations in the area of LFA experts approval.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- maintaining trackers, logs and a filing system for the above areas;
- communicating with LFAs as well as relevant teams within the Client on processes relating to the LFA experts approval;
- working together with other team members on the issuance, monitoring, revision and closure of the LFA purchase orders;
- assisting other team members with the development of internal guidelines related to the LFA Portal (software used by team Salesforce based)
- tracking in the LFA Portal the appropriate recording of completion of services by the LFAs;
- tracking the issue and payment of the LFA invoices, coordinating follow-ups with the Clients country teams and LFAs.

TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S NECESSARY THAT YOU HAVE:

- Excellent ability to work as part of a team to meet targets or deadlines, and independently on specific assignments;
- Ability to quickly understand and process complex data and information;
- Demonstrated skills with Excel, data management and information retrieval systems; experience with SharePoint and Salesforce considered a plus;
- Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with a large volume of contact records and documents;
- Flexibility to meet expectations of last minute work demands;
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail; and
- Self-motivated, reliable team member with good interpersonal and coordination skills to facilitate work in a multi-cultural team.
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
