Junior Change Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Supporting the global change management (e.g. preparation of communication and training activities) regarding the implementation of SAP based HR employee self-service functionalities
-Establish a detailed communications and training schedule for all German sites, align and advise local HR counterparts and monitor execution of communication and training activities
-Providing guidelines, training and governance for system usage and implementation of new HR administration processes
-Responsible for the global alignment and update of training documentation for the HR self-service usage in 16 countries.
-Supporting the global communication and training activities for the Executives’ salary review project

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-First working experience in change management or/and project management team
-First user experience in a relevant HR system/tool (preferably employee self-services)
-Good Understanding of HR processes (data and time management, etc.)
-Basic knowledge of general HR (Payroll) systems
