Junior Business Analyst - Mobile Applications

Specific role description:

Coordinate the deployment, management, and access administration of mobile applications on the Mobile AppStore, and support successful delivery of mobile applications to mobile devices:
1. Coordinate application deployment and update requests with application owners
2. Assist application owners with the workflow within the Mobile App Request Tool
3. Ensure apps are properly signed with the enterprise signing cert prior to publishing in any dev, test or prod app store
4. Coordinate security testing of the application prior to publishing if security testing is required
5. Coordinate publishing of internally-developed mobile apps in Dev and Test environments for testing by application owners
6. Test publicly apps available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, BlackBerry World and Windows App Store for recommendation or publishing within the Novartis corporate App Store
7. Manage internally developed application upgrades and patching, assist app owners as necessary
8. Advise app owners on the management of application user/group access
9. Manage the Mobile AppStore according to defined Mobile Application Service processes:
* Application Incident and Problem Management
* Assure application compliancy (eg Security, Risk Assessments, Business Impact Assessments)
* Assure Guidelines have been followed
