IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Project initiation support
-Transfer of existing documents into PMM and creation/workout of remaining gaps as required for Baseline Gate: Project Charter, User Requirement Specification, Roles & Responsibility, Functional Specification (Draft), Solution Architecture (Draft), Project Schedule (Draft)
-Meet with stakeholders to discuss unclear requirements and to fill gaps in documents for a successful PMM
-Align with other HR projects (Workday)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-German on a native speaker level
-Experience in the business analyst role with similar tasks
-Project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks
-Experience in the Works Council process area/legal background
-Background in German HR processes: Hiring, change of pay
