IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Manage the project plan, update as required
-Distribute work packages and track progress
-Manage and regularly update the RAID Log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
-Manage weekly core team meetings (agenda, meeting lead, RAID, minutes)
-Support concept and stream meetings with documenting minutes, decisions, actions etc
. -Preparation of slides for decision making
-Act as integration manager, identify and manage dependencies between the streams
-Escalate issues and risks to project lead
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Proficient in project management methodology (project planning, resource management, RAID, Work breakdown structure, critical path
-Knowledge of Logistics and Sales&Distribution processes is a plus
-Knowledge of IT implementation (validation, testing etc.) is a plus
-Action oriented, influencing skills, completer, finisher
-English language mandatory, German is a plus
