Junior Business Analyst

Junior Business Analyst, Banking, Stirling £20 per hour

The successful candidate for this role will assist the service delivery teams to review and document standard processes and they will operate in a Matrix environment within the service delivery.

You shall be responsible for ensuring that the status of tasks being undertaken is communicated to the service delivery manager througha weekly status report.

Knowledge and experience required:

- Good planning, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to plan and organise workload, taking into account relative priorities
- Effective communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal, written communication and relationship management skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow them through to resolution accurately and in a timely manner
- Good technical lnowledge of IT systems supporting the Customer Group business
