Junior Application Supporter, 1st Level (Contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Day-to-day production support for a wide range of applications:
- 1st Level application support
- Track and solve tickets
- Identification of issues
- Responsible for batch monitoring, console monitoring and incident management
- Assistance in Problem Management Process
- Communication with different stakeholders (Application development, Technology services)
- Contribute to readiness of application documentation/knowledge database as well as compliance of production readiness
- Implementation of changes (change management process)

REQUIREMENTS

- Technical education in IT (diploma or similar level)
- 2-4 years' experience in application support
- Good knowledge of Control-M job scheduler or equivalent job scheduling system
- Analytical, solution-oriented and efficient working methods
- Communicative, flexible and autonomous team player
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Zurich
- Daily Rate: CHF 500.- all inclusive
