Junior Application Developer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER FOR A 4 MONTHS CONTRACT ROLE IN DULUTH, GA.

SKILLS FOR JUNIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER:

- The Developer/Programmer would need to have at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with visual process mapping
- MS Visio
- Knowledge of Oracle Inquira, Oracle AnswerFlow, Microsoft SharePoint
- Java, APIs, Service Calls, Coding Languages, Oracle

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR JUNIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER:

- This role is responsible for developing Interactive Troubleshooting Guides (ITG'''s) for Helpdesk Agents that makes calls to knowledge articles within a custom built Oracle Knowledge Management application.
- This role supports the mission critical development of business logic with guided knowledge delivery via the Oracle Knowledge AnswerFlow (AF) application. The guides will be developed in the Oracle AF developer's tool, which interacts with existing systems and services via service calls.
- This role will partner with the Client's Remote & Service Management Knowledge Engineering group responsible for designing the troubleshooting flows, and developing them into systematic flows in Answerflow.
- Code the Interactive Troubleshooting Guide flow in Answerflow
- Dissect Service Calls
- Identify information needed to invoke and return data
- Troubleshoot coding issues in the development cycle
- Participate in design meetings to formulate design strategy and design documentation for new and changes to existing flows
- Resolve system bugs and errors identified during all phases of testing
- Document all work done in internal development tracking systems
