SAP - ORDER TO CASH - SAP [SAP SD, MM]

SAP SD+ MM/SCM (LOGISTICS EXECUTION DESIRABLE)

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

- The Systems Analyst SAP SCM Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete project documents required for SDLC compliance or approval
- Share Knowledge and Partner with business project leader to jointly deliver the solution
- Maintain positive and trusted working relationships with all stakeholders
- Partner with business clients to understand their IT needs
- Organize and lead requirement gathering workshops and document business requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple business process and/or application areas
- Understand and leverage industry best practices
- Prepare Functional Specifications and Design documents
- Perform system configuration or administration
- Serve as liaison between users, vendors, and technical groups to resolve complex issues
- Lead, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing and obtain user sign-off
- Evaluate new releases of software from vendors for System and Business Benefit
- Communicate and reinforce standard business process concepts and methodologies
- Address needs and recommend business process system solutions or process enhancements in all areas of standard SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

- Provides business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP SD/MM functions and processes.
- SAP configuration, implementation and support.
- Configure SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows.
- Support peripheral systems and interfaces related to SD and MM functions.
- Support the design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives.
- Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
- Champion the use of commonly-used concepts, standards, and best practices and procedures within a SAP module.
- Provide support and backup to other SAP team members.
