MS Dynamics CRM Support Analyst/Operations Engineer

For our client from the financial services industry we are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to strengthen their DevOps team. This department is responsible for support and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM System.

You will take on CRM customizations and join in agile team efforts and provide 2nd line application support. You are part of daily stand-ups to communicate your work progress or obstacles and take part in other agile meetings such as poker sessions and retrospectives. This is an opportunity to work with and learn from senior CRM Software and Operations engineers in a team.

Your profile

Our client is looking for a candidate wanting to work in an agile team with DevOps environment. You have 1-3 years of experience in application support, development or similar. You are able to correctly handle request of a demanding international user base while being involved in development activities.

Systems experience or knowledge (Required):

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2016;
- Microsoft .Net;
- Database systems, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services;
- Windows Server;
- Knowledge of Agile processes.

Systems experience (nice to haves):

- Internet Information Services (IIS);
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS);
- Work in the financial sector;
- Microsoft SQL Server management Studia;
- Automatic deployments, ie XLDeploy;
- Monitoring solution, Splunk (preferable).
