Jnr Business Analyst

The leading telecom company in Europe is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with a relevant Bachelor degree in Business or IT.

The person will understand and clarify the business goals and objectives behind the project, reviewing, documenting/implementing the end to end 'People processes. He/she will provide input to determine key issues, risks and contingencies. In order to do that, the person will work closely to the assigned manager to identify the need for the introduction of new business processes and updates to existing processes.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT
- Good Communication skills and proactiveness
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Some experience in PROCESS LEAD (SIX SIGMA, LEAN AS TOOLS)
- ORACLE SERVICE CLOUD and WORKDAY experience are highly appreciated
- Knowledge of PROCESS MAPS and WORK FLOWS
- Knowledge of how to approach the RE-ENGINEER PROCESS

The contract is initially until December 2018, however the project itself will last longer, so it has a high probability of extension.
