JIRA Admin

(1.)To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.

(2.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

(3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

(4.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.

(5.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

- Jira: Administration, configuration, tuning
- Confluence: Administration, configuration, tuning
- Database: Postgres analysis and configuration - tuning Understand monitoring graphs and predict bottlenecks
- Java: Analysis, memory and performance tuning of a running process.
- Knowledge of what to monitor and how to understand the graphs
- Knowledge of what to adjust in a JVM setting to get desired effect of running processes. (Heap size, GC, etc)
- Agile: Knowledge of SCRUM and other agile processes
- Understanding of how our tools support these processes
- Unix: Experience with using unix
- RedHat: Mainly this flavor as this is the new platform we are moving towards
- Solaris: Some experience with Solaris as this is the current platform for our tools
- Ci/cd: Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools supporting pipelines
- Metrics: Experience of setting up metric collection for applications/products
