JAVA APPLICATION SERVER (JEE) SENIOR ENGINEER (80% - 100%)

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within a financial institution, we are looking for a JEE Engineer. For this contract based in Zurich our client is looking for an German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science
- Good communication in English language
- Solid administrator/engineering experience with Oracle Weblogic Application Server
- Experience in Webserver configurations like iPlanet or Apache
- JEE development experience - ability to understand and troubleshoot application code
- Excellent Ant, Maven & Eclipse IDE, subversion skills

Nice to have:

- Oracle Weblogic Scripting Tool (WLST)
- Experience in Banking IT
- Proficient with Solaris/Linux & Windows
- Windows or Unix Shell Scripting skills
- Experience in rpm and MSI packaging
- Experience in writing automated tests
- HP QualityCenter, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint knowledge
- JAVA certifications
