OVERVIEW

- Manage design and configuration of all functional software components of Global Serialization Program solution, including SAP AII (Auto-ID Infrastructure), SAP AIE (Auto-ID Enterprise), SAP OER (Object Event Repository) and SAP PI.
- Ensure integration of Global Serialization Program solution components, including but not limited to SAP ECC.
- Ensure integration of Global Serialization business processes, including but not limited to Warehouse and Packaging operations.
- Contribute to design of technical components of Global Serialization Program solution, including System Architecture and Landscape.
- Provide operational break-fix and enhancement implementation support for all Serialization-related issues.
- Provide input and guidance to serialization process design.
- Serve as liaison between Global Serialization Program and Business Process Leads with stakeholder interest in serialization solution.
- Manage definition, design and implementation of Master Data Strategy for Global Serialization Program, including but not limited to GTINs, Device Groups, Devices and Activities.
- Manage collaborative working relationships with external service and solution providers as necessary to implement Global Serialization Program solution components.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong Stakeholder management skills at all levels, both at the project team and with senior management
- Experience with Pharmaceutical project and quality, validation & compliance processes
- Demonstrated experience managing Software Vendors and off shore development resources
- Experience with Project Office tools and techniques (such as Microsoft Project etc.)
- Strong character who is able to influence without authority - Demonstrated ability to manage 3rd party vendors
- Demonstrated ability to effectively Matrix manage all levels of staff during all assigned projects required
- High degree of organizational ability, attention to detail - Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and minimum of six years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- Must possess knowledge of current Serialization Process and Solutions Best Practices, and how to implement them in a Global Pharmaceutical environment.
- Must possess knowledge of Supply Chain methodologies and frameworks used in Pharmaceutical environment.
- Must possess expert-level skills in the design and implementation of Serialization Solution components.
- Must be able to leverage existing enterprise application solution components (SAP AII/AIE(OER)/PI/ECC) to support current and future serialization requirements as necessary.
- Should possess knowledge of Standards Organizations with applicability to Serialization (ie: GS1, HDMA, GTIN).
- Should possess basic knowledge of current market-specific Serialization regulations and requirements, ie: DGFT, EFPIA.
- PMP or Prince2 qualification is added advantage.
