Assist in redesign of DRP process that feeds plant-based MPS and MRP.
- Clarify and update all control parameters used in the DRP process within JDE
- Clarify and redefine where necessary major feeds to DRP, especially Logility Forecasting and Safety Stock setting.
- Create reports and checks to ensure the data used is correct and the output is effective, including KPIs and other process measures.
- Simulate effects of redefined DRP on customer service, inventory management and level of user involvement.
- Create process maps and detailed work instructions for DRP and its related activities.
- Redefine and implement refinements to Enterprise One to support above process and system changes.
- Educate and train users in the correct use of DRP, both principles and activities.
