A Manchester based client is looking for a Jboss Consultant - Middleware Administrator for a 6 month contract focusing on Jboss

Jboss Consultant - Middleware Administrator will have experience in Jboss Administration - Middleware Consultant skills like Installation, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting.

The Jboss Consultant - Middleware Administrator will review, recommend and implement best practices for applications running in JBoss environment, related to architecture, design, configuration, optimization and performance tuning, clustering and integration review, design and implement migrations from other Application Servers to JBoss

Jboss Consultant - Middleware Administrator will analyse, design and implement applications for JBoss, experience in continuous integration using Jenkins/Hudson advantageous

JBOSS CONSULTANT - MIDDLEWARE ADMINISTRATOR - ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Designing solutions, good understanding of domains, various topologies.

Basic knowledge of other Application Platforms like WebSphere Application Server, WebLogic will be an added advantage.

Experience in various integrations like WebSphere MQ and Databases is a must.

Must have some experience understanding of development tools like Eclipse and other RedHat tools.

Solid understanding of development frameworks is a must.
