For one of our clients in Zurich we are looking for a Java Team lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing an off-shore team in India, coordinating with teams in Poland and Zurich
- Implementation of components in the application based on JEE and Core Java
- Review code quality
- Involved in the testing phase
- 3rd level Support tasks
- Preparing quality documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Java, Oracle, SQL, VBA Macro and Excel
- Experience in management off-shore teams is essential
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with JSF, EJB, Spring, Maven
- Background in banking area would be an advantage
