Java Team Lead, Dublin city centre, Contract 6 months

One of our major IT clients is looking for the Java Team Lead to join their team for 6 months +.

Skills required:
- Java programming (J2EE compliant environment),
- Development and deployment of Java Server Pages (JSP),
- Development and deployment of Enterprise Java Beans (EJB),
- HTML/XML/XHTML/Javascript,
- Jakarta Struts Framework,
- Oracle Application Server in a large-scale J2EE development (Oracle 9i or higher)
- Oracle database (Oracle 10g or higher)
- Development and implementation of web services technology.
- Working with PL/SQL stored procedures, packages and functions
- An excellent track record in the development and implementation of systems in the specified environment (see Appendix D),
- Source control using Microsoft VSS or/and Subversion.
- Code Building and Deployment using Jakarta ANT
- Knowledge, understanding of and the use of an OOAD methodology
- PDF/Postscript generation
- English Language both spoken and written.
- Self starter with excellent problem determination skills
- Working effectively within a team and good communication skills,
- Proven track record in meeting deadlines
- Proven track record in providing skills transfer/mentoring.
