JAVA/SQL/XML Developer - English Speaking

My client is based in Chile and is looking for English speaking Developers. The project will be a minimum of 12 months with the flights and first month accommodation covered.

Profile
* Responsible of estimating, designing, coding, testing and documenting high quality development solutions within the agreed timelines.
* Skilled in the three tiers of the application stack: web (Front End), server programming (Java), and databases.
* Capable of navigating, understanding and modifying large and complex code bases.
* Must have strong Object Oriented Design skills.
* Must be capable of analysing and implementing performance improvements, including SQL tuning.
* Must have excellent learning skills.
* Must be able to perform reliable, reasoned and detailed estimations.
* Must generate documentation, UML diagrams and additional artifacts.
* Must have excellent communication skills, interacting with a diverse and multinational development team, business analysts, QAs, clients, and the organization at large.
* Must be self-sufficient and proactive.
* Must be highly proficient in English.

Must-have technical knowledge:
* Java experience: 3+ years
* SQL experience: 3+ years
* XML and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) experience. Highly desirable technical knowledge:
* Spring framework
* Oracle database and Oracle PL/SQL
* JBPM
* Web services
* Java Server Faces
* Richfaces
* jQuery
* Eclipse, Maven, Ant, Tomcat, SVN
* Unix
