Java Solutions Architect

We are currently seeking a Solution Architect/Designer to design detailed technical architecture and specifications.

General knowledge/experience:

- Extensive experience with the integration of multiple applications through an ESB
- Knowledge of BPEL and/or BPMN 2.0

Technical knowledge/Experience:

- BPEL and/or BPMN 2.0
- J2EE
- XML/XSD/WSDL
- SOA/Web services
- HTML5/JavaScript
- SQL
- UML
- Common frameworks (Spring, etc.)

Languages : Fluent English and Dutch speaking.

Other wishes:

- Extensive experience
- Hands-on mentality, because the client is a relatively small financial institution
- Good communicating and working together.
- Extensive experience with high critical environments, preferably gained within financial institutions.
- Experience with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall development processes.

Activities:

- Drafting solution architecture within project
- Preparation of non-functional requirements by involving all stakeholders
- Prepare specifications according to requirements
- Monitoring architecture choices in the construction and implementation
- Provide direction to software architects/developers
- Can operate as a software architect.

Experience as a (Java) software developer is a plus.
