Java Solution Engineer - Finance - Zürich

JAVA SOLUTION ENGINEER - Our client, a global bank, is currently looking for a Java Solution Engineer.

The main task will be to establish system specifications based on input from the requirements engineer and the solution architect.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish system specifications for a large scale IT project
- Code enhancements in existing software on specified hardware infrastructure
- Ensure these systems are compatible and compliant with the organisations standards and guidelines, with the profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the interfaces.
- Evaluates problems analytically and systematically and develops appropriate corrective action.

SKILLS:

- Excellent knowledge in the majority of following Java Server and Client side programming technologies and tools:
- EJB
- MDB
- JPA (Eclipse Link)
- Transaction Handling
- Concurrency
- Implementation of business logic
- JMS (MQSeries)
- Web services
- Weblogic server
- JSF
- HTML
- Very good knowledge of Oracle database and SQL language
- Fast learning, proactive and highly quality oriented
