Java Software Engineer (4070)

For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in LUZERN, we are looking for an experienced

JAVA SOFTWARE ENGINEER (4070)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ YEARS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF WEB APPLICATIONS WITH JAVA
- VERY EXPERIENCED WITH ECLIPSE IDE, INTELLIJ, ORACLE DB, LINUX, MAVEN, WEBLOGIC, SVN, GIT
- EXPERIENCE WITH JAVASCRIPT AND ANGULARJS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE
- Good knowledge of EJB 3.x, JSF 2.x, JMS, JPA, JUnit, SQL, XML, Rest/Web-Services
- Knowledge of software design patterns
- Experience with agile and test driven development
- Experience with agile methodologies (scrum/iterative, JIRA, stories)
- Effective and solution oriented
- Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of Java business logic components with EJB, JPA, JMS
- Development of Java User Interfaces with JSF and AngularJS
- Prepare and execute unit and system tests
- Technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Analysis and fixing of defects and test environment issues
- Create solution proposals and estimations
