Java Software Developer

For a long-term project at our client, an international Insurance company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced:

JAVA SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - (3528)

In this position you will be responsible for the conception and the realization of ambitious software solutions in the area of 3rd Party Master Data Management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in IT-Business or an equivalent degree in ICT
- Experience with HTML, MS SQL Server, CSS3 & JavaScript
- Knowledge or experience in Master Data Management is an advantage
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge in Java software development and continuous integration
- Very good understanding of relational databases
- Experience in the integration of service systems and using UML as description language
- individual and autonomous working skills
- High awareness of quality, customer orientated and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good English skills in both, writing and speaking. Any German is a benefit.

YOUR ROLE:

- Develop and analyze individually new requirements and create systems specification with the results.
- develop ambitious Java software solutions (Solution Architecture, SW Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Document)
- Offer support to clients as well as regular system service and solutions to software problems
- Help to define and implement new strategies for the Party Master Data Management
