Java Service Developer

THE COMPANY

Our client, a market leader is currently looking for multiple Java Service developers with core Java skills and experience with Service Oriented Architecture to join their talented team in the Sydney CBD. The successful Java Services Developer will be undertaking the implementation of the projects design, development and life cycle management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development of software components and solutions using JEE and SOA Middleware technologies such as Enterprise Service Bus and Business Process Management tools as part of our client's IT Software Development and Integration team.

The role variously is the Lead Developer or operates under instruction from a Lead Developer as required.

We are looking for passionate Java Service Developers who thrives under pressure & embraces a fast pace agile environment!

ESSENTIALS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 5+ years Java/J2EE development experience
- Have worked in an Agile environment
- Strong experience with OSB (Oracle Service Bus)
- Experience with SOA technologies
- Experience with BPM/BPEL

You will need to have great communication skills, both oral and written, embracing of constructive criticism and quick to learn new and leading edge technologies.
