JAVA SELENIUM/REST API AUTOMATION AND TRAINING
Context
- Some of my clients testers are working on web projects that require Java/Groovy skills:
- GUI automation with Selenium
- REST API automation
- These testers have either good knowledge or basic knowledge of Java/Groovy
- Scripting: They use defined test design techniques and practices.
- Continuous Integration Tools: Git/Bitbucket, Teamcity.
Mission
- Mainly
- Coach our testers on increasing their Java skills
- Coach our testers on GUI Automation with Selenium
- Support our testers on their GUI automation tasks.
- Document and/or review the related documentation (how-to's articles, self-training and exercices).
- Occasionally, coaching and support on REST Automation with Java-Groovy and Spock
- Suggest improvements to the test design techniques and practices.
