Java Full Stack Software Developer

12 month assignment for a senior level Java, Python full stack software developer needed to work across a number of projects providing Java, Android Front End, Java, Python Back End software development. Additionally, modifying and integrating algorithms for big data and IoT applications and services running on the cloud and Linux and Android devices.

Do you want to pick up Android development experience? The customer is willing to train if you are able to pick-up and apply new skills quickly!

Projects are delivered in an Agile/Scrum methodology, so experience of working within these environments is highly preferred along with excellent unit and systems testing skills, version control, ideally git/github and continuous integration and tools exposure.

The customer is an R&D division within well-respected, global organisation creating leading-edge innovations for big data/IoT applications deployed across a wide range of Android Linux smart CE devices including smart-phones, fitness/personal-health smart-wear devices and smart-TVs.

12 month extension for good performers. Circa €60 per hour. You will need at least 5 years plus real-world commercial application experience.
