An established financial services firm is actively seeking an experienced Java Engineer to design and implement new programs and applications. You will be given the resources and tools to develop robust technical solutions and translate business requirements. The Senior Java Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with business analysts to gather requirements and implement solutions. Key Responsibilities Include: - Working with a team of developers using an Agile approach - Developing technical specifications - Creating technical documentation using documentation templates - Implementing test plans and technical solutions Key Requirements Include: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree - At least 4 years of experience developing applications, preferably with Java, J2EE, or Javascript - Experience with WebSphere, XML, XSD - Experience with Spring or Struts is a plus - Ability to work well with others, including with clients
