Java EE Developer/2nd Level Banking Systems Support - English Speaking

For a global bank based here in Zürich we are searching for a Java Developer to do 2nd level support on a vendors system supplied to the bank.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess all available incident details to get a good understanding of the incident
- Collect further information from end-users/customer if necessary
- Clarify questions about the content of the incident record or the classification
- Diagnose what the incident could be trigged by
- Verify the result of the initial support by consulting the knowledge DB
- Check if further information gathering and different parameters are providing a match in the knowledge DB
- 2nd level technical support role is JAVA, Mainframe expertise as well as knowledge of C2P and icludes on call duties
- Escalate incident to 3rd line of support if no workaround/solution can be found within the threshold agreed by Service Level Management and described in the Incident Management Criteria document
- Apply workaround/solution found by searching the knowledge DB and related problem records
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
- MORE THAN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING WITH JAVA JEE.
- Nice to have: experience with 2nd level support work
- Nice to have: Experience in IT Process Management and IT Service Operation
- Nice to have: an understanding and experience in the payments environment of a global acting bank
- Nice to have: Linux/Unix, Oracle Databases, SQL, MQ, Oracle SOA Suite and knowledge of C2P OPF
- ANY EXPERIENCE WITH CLEAR2PAY IS A BIG PLUS, BUT ONLY A NICE TO HAVE
- Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is only a plus
- Ability to work in a virtual globaly distributed team
- Sense of urgency and ability to deal with hectic situatiuons
- Delivery oriented
- Ideally you are an IT graduate
