Java EE Developer

Java EE Developer wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years of working experience as a Java EE Developer coupled with proven background in communicating through a variety of collaboration tools
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle databases and React/Redux (ES6)
- Know-How of Javascript charting, RNA-Seq data and R is advantageous
- Familiarity with the international and life science industry is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Developing and designing a React/Redux/ES6 UI with interactive charts like Highcharts and d3 as well as REST services using JAX-RS and EJB
- Shaping Oracle database schema for experiment metadata and application data such as analysis session state
- Implementing ETLs to populate database with study metadata from existing upstream systems
- Analysing RNA-Seq workflows in R
