JAVA ECOMMERCE SOLUTION DESIGNER/DEVELOPER - ENGLISH SPEAKING - BRUSSELS - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Global End Client located in Brussels require a eCommerce Java Solution designer with a strong background in Java. This will be a freelance contract on a European wide deployment.

We' re looking for an all-rounder with strong Java skills and the capability of translating the requirements into an end-to-end technical design. While still being hands-on for technical support towards the support team.

ONLY ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS REQUIRED, applications are very welcome from anyone interested and eligible to work in Belgium.

The Client has an interesting and complex IT Architecture, the project is set to run for some years so will be a stable well paid contract.

SKILLS REQUIRED.

Strong Java/JEE programming skills

Excellent Object Oriented software design skills

Strong knowledge of design patterns,

Spring Framework

Web services (SOAP, REST)

Test driven development (JUnit, Mockito)

Good knowledge of peripheral tools (Ant, Maven, SVN, Git, JIRA, Confluence)

Experience in troubleshooting of technical issues

Agile development (Scrum)
