Java Developer/Software Engineer (Dutch Speaking)

JAVA DEVELOPER/SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Contract Length: 3 MONTHS + EXTENSIONS

Start Date: 1ST SEPTEMBER 2015

Location: NR AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

Rate: DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE P/H

Language Requirements: DUTCH, ENGLISH (DESIRED)

THE COMPANY

ConSol Partners' client is a Leading Dutch Bank looking for a Java Developer to join them on-site for a software application engineering project

THE ROLE

You will work in the development team to produce and test; efficient, high quality software with a Test Driven Development approach. You will refine user stories provided by the Product Owner to ensure they are ready for the next sprint.

You will also;

- Understand the IT architecture and translate this to an application architecture
- Define dependencies with other teams and translate to user story's
- Support Ops engineers with deployments
- Find and implement solutions for incidents and problems in time according to the SLAs

THE INDIVIDUAL

Skills required:

- A minimum of 5 years in Java Development
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Front End technologies (AngularJS/JavaScript)
- Spring, RestAPI, TomCat, GIT/Stash
- Agile/SCRUM

Desired skills:

- CD Tooling/Test Tooling
- NoSQL DB
