JAVA DEVELOPER/RCP/Eclipse/GUI/SWT
THE COMPANY
Consol Partners are currently looking for a freelance Java Developer with excellent skills using Eclipse RCP to work for our client, a well-respected engineering client in Brussels who have recently won multiple large contracts across Europe.
THE ROLE
The work will be based on site in Brussels. They have a flexible budget for the right person, but above all they want someone who will be passionate about the project, has a genuine interest in helping the organisation grow and will have innovative ideas to share with the team. The job role is aimed at an experienced Java Developer who has excellent additional experience working with Eclipse RCP.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
- 5 years+ commercial experience as a Java developer
- Commercial experience using Eclipse RCP (preferably RCP4)
- Experience with Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT)
- Any experience with GEF or Draw2D or Nebula would be beneficial
- Object Orientated Analysis and Design
- English speaking is a must, any other languages is a bonus
