Java Developer - Netty/Apache MINA/Grizzly/Socket Programming/Network Applications/HTTP/TCP/IP - London.

Java Developer is immediately sought by global E-commerce client for greenfield project based in North London.

The focus of this role will be around building an application which will dispatch/pre-process web traffic coming into the our clients website.

Technical stack - JAVA AND NETTY

Every application owning team will be using this framework.

Our client is very keen to hire someone with NIO2 experience (NETTY, APACHE MINA OR GRIZZLY)

It is also important to have a good understanding of NETWORKING (HTTP AND TCP/IP)

JAVA DEVELOPMENT - writing simple and self-describing code

- Expert knowledge of the PROTOCOLS OF THE INTERNET, such as TCP/IP AND HTTP
- Experience developing CLIENT SERVER NETWORK APPLICATIONS
- Experience working with one of the following frameworks - NETTY, APACHE MINA OR GRIZZLY
- Deep understanding of a what a PROXY SERVER is, and how to build one
- AGILE DEVELOPMENT - BDD, TDD, DDD
