Our client is a leading Bank who requires a very experienced Java Developer with strong skills in:

Identity Manager developer with OIM, OID, OAM, OIF, OVD, & OEM, BI Publishing with BPEL, BPM

KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Software Engineer with 6+ years development experience with Oracle products, specifically experience with Java, J2EE, HTTP, Struts, ADF, SQL, PL/SQL
- Extensive experience working with WebSphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, MQSeries, OOP, OOA, Design Pattern, Agile, RUP, and Anti-pattern. 
- Identity Manager developer with OIM, OID, OAM, OIF, OVD, & OEM, BI Publishing with BPEL, BPM
- Oracle Identity Manager developer, customization, workflows using BPEL, branding OIM and Weblogic
- Developer OIM connectors, plugins, event handlers, scheduled jobs and other customization

BACKGROUND

- Understand OIM data model and able to utilize it in integration.
- Possess the ability to effectively deal with all levels of individuals in an organization in order to gather requirements, communicate changes or train users.
- Display an excellent record of accomplishment of delivering high quality results on time and under budget. 
- Be highly organized and dedicated to her/his work and possesses strong analytical skills with a great attention to detail. 
- Able to work both independently and in a team-based atmosphere while being self-motivated and efficient at multitasking.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Identity Management Suite 11gR2, Security Standards & Policies and Compliance like SOX, HIPPA, FISMA and others
