-Experience in relational databases
-Unit testing + Mocking framework
-Automatic functional Testing (i.e. cucumber, JMeter): continuous integration
-Knowledge and experiences in developing optimization Algorithms
-Experience with integration patterns (i.e. SAP PO, camel, ESB, MessageQueue)
-Parallel/distribute programming knowledge
-Experience with version control system
-Experience in enterprise system design
-Experience and knowledge with different application servers
-Experience in back-end systems migration
-Very good English
