JAVA DEVELOPER (IT SECURITY)

One of my leading financial services clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a JAVA DEVELOPER (IT SECURITY) for a long term contract paying excellent rates.

This is an indefinite assignment. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

THE JAVA DEVELOPER (IT SECURITY) WILL IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in developing Java Enterprise applications
- Demonstrable affinity with IT security and control as the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrated experience with Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and preferably AngularJS/Polymer
- Studious, ambitious, progressive
- Strong communication skills, team player
- Knowledge and experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Continuous delivery process and tooling (eg Jenkins, Nolio, Nexus, Sonar, Git, test automation tooling)

THE JAVA DEVELOPER (IT SECURITY) WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Refining the product backlog with the team and the Product Owner
- Designing and building software
- Experience designing and building APIs
- Develop and implement (automated) test cases
- Analysing and solving bugs and defects
