A leading online company are looking for a talented Java Developer in Test to join their team in Dublin.
They are looking for gifted engineers to design and deliver automation frameworks that will be utilized by several product teams. This role offers a lot of opportunities to progress and grow your skill set. This is a contract role paying an excellent daily rate.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a small, agile team to design and implement new features and technologies
- Create and maintain robust, scalable, test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver in a Java environment
- Create and maintain appropriate design artifacts and documentation so as to enable broad team participation
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Thorough understanding of Test automation design and development, Selenium WebDriver experience preferred
- Experience of at least 1 Object Oriented programming language, preferably Java
- Strong code development, code testing, debugging and troubleshooting skills are essential
- Ideally have experience with JUnit/TestNG, FitNesse and Integration testing
- Solid understanding of RDBMS and general database concepts (MySQL and Oracle preferred) with experience of SQL programming
