Java Developer/Engineer (Java, JPA, Hibernate, Web Services, German)

For one of our clients in the banking sector we are looking for an experienced Java Developer/Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- As part of the engineering team you will work on enterprise applications
- You will develop on JEE applications and will be part in the full life cycle from concept to testing part
- You will prepare and produce releases of software components.
- You will participate in technical design workshops

REQUIREMENTS:

- Higher degree in Computer Science or an equivalent
- Hands-on development experience in Java for at least 5 years
- OOP and OOD experience using design patterns
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Excellent knowledge of Webserver (WLS), Web services, Soap
- Experience with web applications using at least one framework (JSF, Wicket, Spring MVC, GWT)
- Good Maven skills
- Fluency in German and English
