Java Developer- Application Engineer- Java/AWS/Agile/Unit Testing- Hil

NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: JAVA DEVELOPER- APPLICATION ENGINEER- JAVA/AWS/AGILE/UNIT TESTING- NETHERLANDS

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Java Developer to join a global industry in Hilversum, Netherlands for an initial 12 months contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with product owner and BSAs to understand requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.
- Work with other technical teams to develop new features.
- Work in Dev-ops model. Position requires writing unit test, automated functional test and
- integration tests.
- Support SL1 and SL2 issues, when support teams are not able to resolve.
- Help team plan and execute sprint tickets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 7+ years of professional experience in application engineering.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in .JAVA.
- Experience in Java application for AWS using AWS Java SDK
- Well versed with Agile methodology.
- Experience in Unit testing using Junit
- Experience in automation testing frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively
- communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
